The Challenge

Recruiters were spending most of their day reading resumes and writing outreach instead of talking to candidates. Quality varied per recruiter.

Our Solution

Multi-agent LangGraph system: a screener agent ranks candidates against the JD using Pinecone embeddings, an outreach agent drafts personalized emails, and a Slack-based human-in-the-loop step approves before sending.
